Our remote support package provides you with IT support you need without an engineer being present at your home or office. We can talk you through the issue over the phone and explain on screen how we are able to fix the problem. 95% of all IT issues can be resolved remotely.

Our remote support software is a small program in which you run that allows us to connect to your PC/Laptop. Once we have resolved the issue the software will be removed automatically.

Remote support is priced at £30 which covers a connection fee and support provided within the first hour (payments will be reserved until the work is complete and you are happy). After the initial hour if you require any further support it is charged at £10 per hour. If you decide to go ahead after the first hour you will be directed back to this page and you must select "1 Hour Remote Support £10" and re-run the remote support software. The engineer will talk you through this process.

We recommend you speak to an engineer before purchasing any remote support hours, this will enable us to advise you accordingly.
